Questa è una recensione molto tardiva, da quando ho visitato l'Hotel Reuti nell'agosto 2023, ma volevo ringraziarti di cuore per aver trovato e tenuto al sicuro il mio portafoglio dopo averlo lasciato accidentalmente in hotel. Avevo perso la speranza di ritrovarlo e sei stato così gentile e professionale quando sono venuto a chiederti se era stato ritrovato. Non posso ringraziarti abbastanza. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la calorosa ospitalità, il cibo delizioso e l'atmosfera divertente per i bambini. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante più sere durante il nostro soggiorno di una settimana. I nostri bambini (di età compresa tra 6 e 10 anni) si sono divertiti giocando a kugelweg e saltando sul trampolino, dando a me e mio marito la possibilità di rilassarci, consumare una cena piacevole e sorseggiare i vostri deliziosi vini mentre ci godiamo lo splendido scenario. Una sera si è verificato un temporale e l'intero staff è saltato per spostarci e posizionare gli ombrelloni, in modo che potessimo stare fuori nel patio e rimanere asciutti. È stato impressionante. Anche tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era delizioso. Pulivamo i nostri piatti ogni volta. Grazie di tutto! Speriamo di poter tornare in futuro. Saluti!

Albergo fantastico! Le camere hanno una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Le suite dispongono anche di un balcone. I bagni sono moderni e puliti. L'arredamento è caldo e invitante. Non posso dire abbastanza bene del servizio e della sistemazione. La colazione è abbondante e la cena offre molte opzioni locali. Abbonamenti viaggio bonus anche per i trasporti.

Spend a long weekend there. The hotel is new, only 5 years old (in 2020) and therefore all is nice and tidy. It is also very nicely done and decorated, very modern, but with a nice classical chalet touch. I had a room with separate bedroom and a balcony opening to the valley. Lots of sun and a great view. Really great spending some time and just watching the mountains on the other side of the valley and enjoy a glass (or maybe even several) of wine. It is also perfectly situated next to the ski lift station. The kitchen is really good with classical Swiss dishes. I had the great luck to be there when they had their "Wild" buffet. Deer and other hunting season delicacies. Was absolutely mouth watering! The owner and his staff was friendly and everything was working smooth. Happy to go again and certainly recommending.
