Villa storica ben conservata con bar informale. Splendidi panorami dai giardini e personale adorabile. Occorrono solo 30 minuti per passeggiare all'interno, viaggio facile e veloce. I biglietti si acquistano sul posto (si accettano contanti e carta).
Castello successivo dopo Schloss Oberhofen. Ci siamo divertiti all'interno del museo. Ho scattato alcune foto all'aperto anche quando il cielo era cupo e sembrava comunque fantastico. Il Lago di Thun è 😍
Il castello stesso era chiuso, quindi abbiamo avuto solo la possibilità di passeggiare nel suo parco, che era davvero bello e tranquillo. Ci sono molti sentieri diversi che puoi percorrere e puoi arrivare al castello senza fare scale (è semplicemente la strada più lunga). Puoi vedere alcuni uccelli e persino alcuni canguri. C'è anche un parco giochi per bambini su un lato.
Very nice 19th century castle in a great condition with plenty of original furniture. One of the best household museums I've ever seen. Not too small, not too large either. Takes around 1-1.5 h to carefully see everything on the self-guides tour.
This castle looks well and would be a solid item in anyone's collection of Castles. It is not really a castle by my standards though, since it has neither a moat, nor a defensive wall or other defensive construction. This castle is purely decorative and counts more as a villa or a mansion functionally (or a small palace, if you like). Yet it is undeniably beautiful and has a lot of character. I found it to be a nice spot to visit and spend 15-45 minutes walking around it.
Quite enjoyable, the castle is decorated in period furniture and appears as if the owners will return at any time. The grounds are perfect for a picnic before visiting.
