Personale arrogante e scortese

Il mio ultimo giro di shopping lì oggi. Scortese e non orientato al cliente. Alle 18:17 la signorina mi ha detto che avrebbe chiuso. Chiude alle 18:15, ma ho potuto controllare online, ma il chiosco era ancora aperto. Quando le ho chiesto perché fosse così inflessibile e ostile, la sua risposta è stata: "Mi paghi gli straordinari?"

Questo chiosco K non è affatto consigliato!!! Quando sono andato a ritirare qualcosa che avevo ordinato da Too Good To Go oggi, c'era una donna molto bassa e dalla carnagione scura che mi ha accusato di non essere arrivato prima, anche se ero in orario. Era semplicemente troppo pigra per servirmi di nuovo e restituirmi gli oggetti o i soldi. Pensa davvero attentamente prima di acquistare qualcosa lì. Al momento conosco solo due persone che sono effettivamente disposte a lavorare.

I wanted to go to the kiosk this morning, October 24th, at 7:50 a.m. It was closed online, but marked as open. It's usually always open at this time. The staff also shows the poor organization of the junk shop!

This is a real old-fashioned kiosk, the kind you remember from back in the day. I like that. I received friendly service, got everything I needed, and even managed to snag a half-price bargain. The opening hours are a bit odd, though: why close at 6:15 pm? A little early, I think.

Rude treatment of customers; the young man from the former Yugoslavia treats customers disrespectfully and is rude. I will no longer buy anything at this kiosk. Please address this with your staff.
