Schlagenhauf è ufficialmente presente nel nostro cantiere – riconoscibile dal suo container. In realtà, però, sono praticamente invisibili. Invece di una presenza chiara, una leadership o un lavoro trasparente, l’unica domanda rimasta per noi inquilini è: cosa stanno facendo realmente? Particolarmente critica: la collaborazione con SIS Baumanagement, il cui approccio è caratterizzato da ritardi, caos e mancanza di trasparenza. Chiunque collabori con tali partner condivide la responsabilità della situazione in loco. Ci si aspetterebbe che un'azienda affermata come Schlagenhauf apportasse professionalità e struttura ad un progetto. Si crea invece l’impressione che essi funzionino semplicemente in background, senza creare soluzioni visibili. La mia conclusione: chi assume Schlagenhauf dovrebbe chiedersi se è sufficiente la semplice presenza o se ha bisogno di un partner che agisca concretamente.

Non lo consiglierei! Poco professionale e poco attento al cliente! Molte aziende esterne NO-NAME assunte da Schlagenhauf finiscono per venire a casa tua per svolgere il lavoro! Il lavoro viene volutamente dimenticato, ma il conto resta alto! Non paragonabile a Schlagenhauf circa 20 anni fa...

The company no longer needs to accept customer orders. The estate administrator placed an order five times, and I personally wrote and called twice. This all happened within two months. No response. The company may already be in the hands of the estate administrator, so be careful. The order was passed on to another company, which contacted me within three hours. That's customer service.

Due to a change of tenants, repair work was necessary. The two young women (Sabrina Gruber and an apprentice) are very friendly, motivated, and reliable, and they worked cleanly and precisely. The same applies to the project manager who accepted the order on site. We have been customers of Schlagenhauf since 1987 and have always been very satisfied.
