Ladri assoluti... mi fanno pagare 10 franchi extra da quasi 2 anni ormai non riesco a convincerli a fermare l'app ti mostra la fattura ma non ha alcun codice QR e nessuna informazione bancaria per pagare quindi possono continuare a truffarti per 10 dollari al mese. Un'impresa criminale di grande successo.... 3 stelle sono anche troppo generose per questi idioti, peccato che non potrei scegliere inizi negativi

Innova è la peggiore compagnia assicurativa per cui abbia mai lavorato. Hanno provato ripetutamente a mandare un consulente al telefono. Dopo aver esaminato la mia attuale polizza, il consulente ha detto che avrebbe disdetto la mia assicurazione complementare presso helsana e l'avrebbe sostituita con innova. Ora sono in debito con due compagnie di assicurazione. Hanno approfittato del fatto che non parlo tedesco e hanno fatto firmare una polizza di 3 anni. Attualmente ho un'assicurazione aggiuntiva di innova, ma non so nemmeno di cosa si tratta. Non so a cosa serva la mia polizza in quanto non parla inglese come altre compagnie assicurative, è una compagnia completamente bugiarda e disonesta. Non sto consigliando nessuno.

Il peggiore di sempre. Mandano sempre avvisi di fatture non pagate, anche le fatture sono pagate da molto tempo. Fondamentalmente mi hanno fatto firmare un'assicurazione con loro, perché uno dei loro lavoratori è venuto nel mio appartamento e mi ha terrorizzato per 4 ore affinché firmassi un'assicurazione con loro.

An absolute disgrace to insurance, incompetent and amateurish. After receiving a medical report on my condition, Innova took over six weeks to respond. In a three-line message, they stated without any justification that my condition (incisional hernia) was not considered a medical illness and that they would therefore not provide any benefits. Only after threatening legal action did they finally make a payment approximately 10 weeks after receiving the medical report. Innova tried to evade their obligation to pay out in the cheapest way possible. Stay away from this disgraceful insurance company. If Innova tries to deny you legally entitled benefits, they should be held accountable and the matter made public. Such scandalous behavior must not be allowed to succeed. Clearly, Innova has not understood its mandate. It's unimaginable what the consequences would have been if I had been a person with a migration background, who might not know their rights and also had language deficiencies. ... Such behavior absolutely must be publicly condemned.

Innova was a complete disappointment. Before my surgery, I was told over the phone that everything was clear and fine. I had the surgery on Monday morning, and afterward, I was hospitalized semi-privately, as Innova had previously arranged. A few days later, I received a cancellation notice in the mail, with no reimbursement of any costs. Completely overwhelmed and in the middle of my healing phase, I had to figure out exactly what the problem was. Since I hadn't disclosed that a problem had already existed before taking out the insurance, the contract was canceled. That's all well and good, that was my mistake. But what about all the money I had already paid Innova? Without any service from Innova?! You could take a portion and cancel the contract at the same time, right?! Logically, that's not possible, because insurance is never about actually helping customers, but, as always, just about money. Good for Innova that they were able to profit off me. You're doing great! The doctor who operated on me was so upset by the situation that HE waived his fee to reduce my costs! So the person who actually helped me waived his share, and Innova gets away with my money without providing any service?! It's truly a joke, and I would be ashamed to work for such a company. I definitely could have saved myself the money and would recommend everyone not to go to Innova. I've already discussed the case in great detail with Innova, and I've always been told that they won't do anything about it and that Innova has no interest in accommodating me in any way. I'm stuck with the bill.

Terrible customer service. Not recommended. We received a premium adjustment with which we disagreed, and subsequently cancelled our policy. The cancellation was rejected on the grounds that we had been informed in advance via the policy. However, we never received this policy, neither by mail nor email. The invoice didn't arrive until December. So late that we missed the cancellation deadline. This seems deliberately orchestrated. It's not fair practice. When we contacted them, we were told we could still use the benefits this year. In plain terms, this means they're hoping something will happen so we'll make a claim. This is tasteless and disrespectful. This is no way to treat customers. Thanks for nothing.
