Ottimo hotel economico con belle camere, un ristorante raccomandabile e un servizio accogliente.
Purtroppo la loro bella posizione panoramica non basta a compensare il pessimo servizio dei camerieri. Sono stato ignorato da un cameriere maschio più anziano e alcuni altri tavoli, arrivati dopo di me, sono stati serviti per primi. All'interno gli ho anche chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile ordinare anche solo da bere perché avevo sete: "No, trova un tavolo!" - beh, allora servi i tavoli - e fai il tuo lavoro! Mentre aspettavo, un tavolo mi chiedeva del menu e il cameriere non vedeva l'ora di ascoltare la richiesta del cliente. Invece se ne sono andati semplicemente gridando "quello non è un currywurst!" e il cliente è rimasto sconcertato e non è riuscito a effettuare l'ordine. Peccato che abbiano il monopolio. Non visiterò più.
Personale piuttosto inospitale e operazioni non organizzate. Dopo +20 minuti di attesa che venisse preso il mio ordine, ho provato a prendere il mio drink al bar. Non è possibile e il personale si è visibilmente irritato per la mia richiesta, anzi avrei dovuto aspettare, in silenzio.
Really great place. Not new, not posh, but has it’s fantastic climate. It is a family business. Owners are very nice and helpful. I stucked in the snow two times and they immediately helped my with a smile. Food is Swiss traditinal, very tasty and not expensive. I strongly recommend this place!
Great views...nice place to stop on a drive over the pass.
Nice place to relax for a hour or two after skiing.You can see at one side of the restaurant views over the mountains.It's a typical Swiss Restaurant! It's got good Gulasch and quite good French fries!
