Il miglior birrificio della Svizzera, una coppia fantastica che gestisce il posto. Grande conoscenza e passione della birra, la “Jess” è la mia preferita e finora ogni birra che ho assaggiato era ottima. Vincitore di 2 premi per la migliore birra del paese, è una tappa obbligata nella zona.
Il cibo era il migliore che ho mangiato durante il mio viaggio in Svizzera, le costolette di maiale erano cucinate alla perfezione, migliori di quelle che ho mangiato negli Stati Uniti, da dove vengo. Le salse erano complesse e deliziose. La birra di grano era buona e liscia e avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulle montagne mentre eravamo nel patio. 10/10 il nostro server è stato molto gentile e genuino.
Il migliore! Persone super amichevoli, birra eccellente (e selezione di altre bevande) e il miglior cibo che abbiamo mangiato finora in Svizzera, soprattutto la verdura. Avevamo una bellissima insalata con prodotti locali, kimchi, un'insalata di carote sminuzzate, barbabietole e costolette con patatine fritte - piatti puliti. Zum wohl!
Amazing find! I would not hesitate to recommend for the service, beer, wine and food. Very fresh salad, delicious pizza. Wonderful service. Stop in if you can! Very clean too.
Amazing, food, beer, & atmosphere! Wait staff was excellent too! Wife and I got the spare ribs and meatloaf. Both meals did not disappoint! We tried the Summer 69, the Brienzersee, the Jess & finally the Ringgenberger. All fantastic choice beverages! Highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed!
After a long day of travel from Rome via train, me and my wife stopped here for some food as we were starving from a long day of travel. We quickly met the owner and he gave his recommendations for what to get, told us about the town and himself, and the region with recommendations for what to do! Extremely kind! The food was amazing, the beer was perfect, and the service was impeccable! The beer was so good that we got a 6 pack to go after our meal! If you’re close by, this is an absolute must visit as the owners are amazing people who showed us great kindness just for visiting their place. Highly recommended! Get the fish, it’s incredible! Pictures don’t do this place justice, you have to go to experience this amazing place!
