Resto in questo hotel molte volte, hanno tutto ciò di cui potrei aver bisogno: gente amichevole, ottima vista, camera confortevole, bella posizione, tipica vista svizzera. Lo adoro.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti ed è stata un'ottima esperienza. Questo non è un hotel di lusso, ma piuttosto un luogo accogliente e in stile familiare, il che era perfetto per noi dato che il nostro piano era di trascorrere la giornata esplorando Interlaken e tornare semplicemente a riposarci. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile e la posizione è eccellente: a 15 minuti di autobus dal centro di Interlaken (fermata proprio dietro l'angolo) e a solo una breve distanza a piedi da un bellissimo posto in riva al lago. Ogni giorno fornivano asciugamani freschi e acqua in bottiglia, il che era un tocco molto carino. Il caffè è disponibile anche in camera, ma a pagamento. Almeno durante il nostro soggiorno, l'acqua calda era disponibile dalle 5:00 alle 23:30 circa. Non abbiamo provato la cena al ristorante, ma il bar aveva un'atmosfera davvero piacevole. Nel complesso, un soggiorno caloroso e confortevole: ritorneremo sicuramente.

This hotel was one of my favorites during our vacation here in Switzerland. It's located in a very beautiful area overlooking the mountains and the lake. Its conveniently located near a convenient store and the bus stop is right day if you're using public transportation. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The restaurant has great food options and service is great. We had a great experience and would definitely come back if we do another trip.
It's worth the price, not far from Interlaken Ost. just take bus 6-8 min. and hotel location is not far from bus station. opposite cross the stress also has the convenience store. We stay 6 days in August month and the weather for the night still can sleep with a fan or just open the window.The room is cleaning every day change the towel , tissues paper and also bed keeping. and start since evening the vibe quiet atmosphere. we really enjoyed staying there.
The accommodation is ok for the price. The rooms need a freshen up. The rooms are warm and only had a little table fan. 2 paper cups were left for tea and coffee only 2 milks, stirrers were unpackaged. There was no kettle only a coffee machine. The tv was tiny. Bed was very soft and the pillows very flat. The room was clean but the shower needed a bleach clean. It was nice sitting on the verandah looking at the great view out the back. We had a pizza at the restaurant which was 9/10. Beware they charge for tap water. Easy to get to by bus from Interlaken and a convenient general store across the road.
