Me alojo en este hotel muchas veces, tienen todo lo que pueda necesitar: gente amable, excelente vista, habitación cómoda, buena ubicación, vista típica suiza. Me encanta.
Nos alojamos por 3 noches y tuvimos una gran experiencia. Este no es un hotel de lujo, sino más bien un lugar acogedor y de estilo familiar, lo cual fue perfecto para nosotros ya que nuestro plan era pasar el día explorando Interlaken y simplemente volver a descansar. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, y la ubicación es excelente: a 15 minutos en autobús del centro de Interlaken (parada a la vuelta de la esquina) y a sólo un corto paseo a pie de un hermoso lugar junto al lago. Todos los días nos proporcionaron toallas limpias y agua embotellada, lo cual fue un toque muy agradable. También hay café disponible en la habitación, aunque con un cargo extra. Al menos durante nuestra estancia, había agua caliente disponible desde las 5 am hasta las 11:30 pm. No probamos la cena en el restaurante, pero el bar tenía un ambiente muy agradable. En general, una estancia cálida y confortable, sin duda volveremos.

This hotel was one of my favorites during our vacation here in Switzerland. It's located in a very beautiful area overlooking the mountains and the lake. Its conveniently located near a convenient store and the bus stop is right day if you're using public transportation. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The restaurant has great food options and service is great. We had a great experience and would definitely come back if we do another trip.
It's worth the price, not far from Interlaken Ost. just take bus 6-8 min. and hotel location is not far from bus station. opposite cross the stress also has the convenience store. We stay 6 days in August month and the weather for the night still can sleep with a fan or just open the window.The room is cleaning every day change the towel , tissues paper and also bed keeping. and start since evening the vibe quiet atmosphere. we really enjoyed staying there.
The accommodation is ok for the price. The rooms need a freshen up. The rooms are warm and only had a little table fan. 2 paper cups were left for tea and coffee only 2 milks, stirrers were unpackaged. There was no kettle only a coffee machine. The tv was tiny. Bed was very soft and the pillows very flat. The room was clean but the shower needed a bleach clean. It was nice sitting on the verandah looking at the great view out the back. We had a pizza at the restaurant which was 9/10. Beware they charge for tap water. Easy to get to by bus from Interlaken and a convenient general store across the road.
