Je séjourne plusieurs fois dans ces hôtels, ils ont tout ce dont j'ai besoin : des gens sympathiques, une vue magnifique, une chambre confortable, un bel emplacement, une vue typiquement suisse. Je l'aime.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons passé un excellent séjour. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe, mais plutôt un lieu cosy et familial, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement puisque notre projet était de passer la journée à découvrir Interlaken et de revenir simplement nous reposer. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable, et l'emplacement est excellent : à 15 minutes en bus du centre d'Interlaken (arrêt juste au coin de la rue) et à seulement quelques pas d'un bel endroit au bord du lac. Chaque jour, ils fournissaient des serviettes propres et des bouteilles d'eau, ce qui était une très bonne idée. Du café est également disponible dans la chambre, moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Au moins pendant notre séjour, l'eau chaude était disponible de 5h du matin jusqu'à 23h30 environ. Nous n'avons pas essayé de dîner au restaurant, mais le bar avait une très bonne ambiance. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour chaleureux et confortable — nous reviendrions certainement.

This hotel was one of my favorites during our vacation here in Switzerland. It's located in a very beautiful area overlooking the mountains and the lake. Its conveniently located near a convenient store and the bus stop is right day if you're using public transportation. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The restaurant has great food options and service is great. We had a great experience and would definitely come back if we do another trip.
It's worth the price, not far from Interlaken Ost. just take bus 6-8 min. and hotel location is not far from bus station. opposite cross the stress also has the convenience store. We stay 6 days in August month and the weather for the night still can sleep with a fan or just open the window.The room is cleaning every day change the towel , tissues paper and also bed keeping. and start since evening the vibe quiet atmosphere. we really enjoyed staying there.
The accommodation is ok for the price. The rooms need a freshen up. The rooms are warm and only had a little table fan. 2 paper cups were left for tea and coffee only 2 milks, stirrers were unpackaged. There was no kettle only a coffee machine. The tv was tiny. Bed was very soft and the pillows very flat. The room was clean but the shower needed a bleach clean. It was nice sitting on the verandah looking at the great view out the back. We had a pizza at the restaurant which was 9/10. Beware they charge for tap water. Easy to get to by bus from Interlaken and a convenient general store across the road.
