Ottime birre! Ho provato una birra in stile belga e una birra alle ortiche. Anche il birraio è stato un grande ospite chiacchierando con noi.

Finché non l'ho superato, non sapevo che esistesse questo microbirrificio. Mi sono voltato ed sono entrato; il proprietario è stato molto gentile. La birra parla da sola, o meglio, dal mastro birraio :-). Il mio preferito in assoluto è l'Aurea. Semplicemente una birra molto pregiata, ben lontana dalle birre prodotte in serie. Tornerò sicuramente.

Hiems, la birra invernale del microbirrificio Faex, è una vera scoperta per le giornate fredde. Con un'armoniosa combinazione di spezie invernali come zenzero, cannella e chiodi di garofano sviluppa un carattere piacevolmente riscaldante. Finemente completata da leggere note di scorza d'arancia, un accenno di miele e luppoli accuratamente selezionati, questa birra offre un'esperienza di gusto eccezionale. Per me è un compagno perfetto quando fuori nevica: corposo, equilibrato e semplicemente speciale.
