Se potessi mostrare a mio figlio un solo formaggio al mondo, sarebbe questo, quello prodotto tra le colline, le montagne, i boschi e i laghi del Canton Berna. Brilla come l'oro sottovuoto, profuma di "colazione dalla nonna" e ha il sapore di un prato di fiori selvatici bernese in una mattina di primavera. Questo formaggio è una poesia, il culmine di secoli di tradizione in evoluzione ad un livello insuperabile. Con le lacrime agli occhi e l'orso bernese ben sentito e pulsante nel cuore, assaporo ogni singolo boccone.

I rode my motorcycle to Vorderfultigen today. The scenery is absolutely stunning, Switzerland as I love it. And then there was this truly world-class AOP Special cheese. Thank you so much, Mr. Hitz, for this magnificent product. I am deeply grateful for your work.
Congratulations in advance on winning first prize! I was at the expo on Friday evening and visited your booth. I asked if this year's World Champion cheese (2025) was for sale, and one of your saleswomen confirmed it was and sold me a nice piece. The label also says World Champion 2025. On Saturday, I went back to the fair, and a different employee told me I hadn't received the World Champion cheese, that the ripeness wasn't right, and that it had been sold out for a long time. Therefore, cheese 10/10, service 2/10. I think I'll stick with my trusted cheesemaker.
