Sono un appassionato sciatore e ho sciato in tutto lo Utah, Colorado, California, Canada, Francia e Svizzera. Questa è di gran lunga la migliore esperienza di noleggio sci che ho avuto in vita mia. Ho mandato un'e-mail a Nina, la persona che ci ha accolto al negozio, due giorni prima del nostro arrivo e quando siamo arrivati lì tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era già pronto per noi. Il negozio è ski-in ski-out e si trova in una delle mie stazioni sciistiche preferite. Nina è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Quando la mia compagna ha dimenticato i calzini e i miei guanti non erano abbastanza caldi, mi ha consigliato ottimi marchi. Ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i nostri scarponi normali nel suo negozio mentre sciavamo e ci ha regalato del cioccolato il nostro ultimo giorno. Esperienza straordinaria!
Ottimi orari di apertura e ha tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno da un servizio di sci!

Very, very warm and competent service: they really take the time for you personally! The wide selection of equipment is perfect, and the rental gear is tailored precisely to your needs to ensure a wonderful skiing experience. Individual requests are very well accommodated, and you receive excellent advice all around. We were always greeted with a smile, and we will definitely be back!
We did a half-day because the slopes were almost all closed due to the wind. We arrived at the store at 11:30 a.m., picked up the equipment for half a day, and they wouldn't take the money. They told us you pay when you return the equipment. When we returned the equipment (at 4:00 p.m.), the woman at the store first told us that their half-day starts at 1:00 p.m. 😵💫 (even though it even starts at 12:00 p.m. when you buy a ski pass) and then she said, "Actually, half-day doesn't exist here."... They could have told us that when we arrived, and we would have gone elsewhere. I don't think that's fair. Edit: This isn't about the money, but rather a matter of principle. Furthermore, your responses were unnecessarily rude, and your behavior was in no way professional. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over ten years. This is constructive criticism, and sometimes it's good to accept when you're wrong, it can even benefit you.
Time and time again, the best advice and, above all, the BEST ski service (edge sharpening/waxing) I know (for years)! You get a loaner ski while they service it, so nothing gets in the way of your fun on the slopes! Many thanks to the team.
