Personale: educato, accogliente, cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto Jean - Luc / Lucia. Camera: bagno spazioso, pulito, tradizionale ma moderno e bellissimo. Ristorante: cibo, servizio e prezzo di qualità. Benessere: una delle migliori spa, sauna e aree relax che abbia mai visitato Hotel di altissimo livello, soggiorno molto piacevole. Rilassante e ritorneremo sicuramente.
Esperienza eccellente nel complesso! Eravamo lì per la partita di polo a Gstaad. Ristorante, servizio e cibo fantastici: di altissimo livello! È una scelta meravigliosa per una famiglia poiché hanno anche una sala giochi enorme e ben attrezzata. I letti sono comodi, le camere sono spaziose e tutto funziona bene. Il personale della reception è adorabile e molto accomodante! L'atmosfera dell'hotel è piacevole, rilassante e piacevole. Spero di tornarci un giorno!

This review concerns the Snow Bar located near the ski lifts, also known as Schneebar La Ferme. I asked a few simple questions about the menu. The bartender, named Marrick, responded with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. Instead of providing basic customer service, he spoke to me dismissively and even went as far as calling my questions “stupid.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. Being openly insulted for asking about the menu was both surprising and unpleasant, and it seriously detracted from the experience. A bar in such a prime location should uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect toward guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
We had a wonderful stay over Easter…The hotel has so much to offer. We really enjoyed our couples spa treatment and the sauna. The gym has so much high spec equipment that would put most physio centres to shame. Then there are the games …
