Le loro trote salmonate sono leggendarie, così come la loro "rauchlachsforellenmousse", una ricetta fatta in casa che combina formaggio fresco e trota salmonata affumicata per un risultato eccezionale. In auto o in bicicletta, vale la pena fermarsi ogni volta che si è in zona.

The best trout ever. Sustainably and fairly farmed in Switzerland. The advice in the shop is professional and knowledgeable. You won't find such fresh fish anywhere else. Lots of great preparation tips are included for free. Definitely worth trying.

I've been going there for years. It's a fish farm with trout and char from the flowing water of the Sattelberg mountain. Family-run for generations, they focus on quality and repeat customers. I'm one of them!
