Piccolo castello e giardini fantastici. Il punto forte era la torre che valeva la pena salire per vedere il panorama del lago. Ci sono un sacco di manufatti e stanze da vedere. Il nostro gruppo ha assaggiato il vino bianco della propria azienda vinicola con alcuni snack croccanti. C'era un matrimonio in chiesa e nei giardini mentre eravamo lì.

Quindi assolutamente fantastico. I giardini stessi sono molto belli, quindi assicurati di passeggiare il più possibile. E poi, entri nel museo aspettandoti l'ennesima triste collezione di manufatti noiosi, ma NON qui. Il layout e le informazioni fornite sono estremamente interessanti. Ogni area espositiva è stata ben pensata, con descrizioni dettagliate della storia e degli stili di vita degli abitanti nel corso dei secoli. E la salita in cima riserva diverse sorprese interessanti per tutte le età, anche se i piani superiori non sono per i timidi.

Posto fantastico per una visita. La posizione offre anche una splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Il parcheggio è stretto e può riempirsi rapidamente. La posizione del parcheggio è a pagamento.

The views from the castle grounds are amazing, a lot of opportunities for nice pictures. There's free access to the castle grounds, restaurant, castle gift shop and the bell tower (don't miss it)

Schloss Spiez might have been my favorite castle we visited in Switzerland. The views from inside the castle tower looking out over the church and mountains and lake are absolutely magical! We were there on a bright sunny day with the sparkling blue water full of sailboats and parasails. It was so beautiful you had to pinch yourself to make sure you weren’t dreaming. I would not miss seeing this castle. It’s a little off the beaten path, and those are the places I love the most. It’s full of history and intrigue. You can even try on period clothing and knight’s armor, and try out a bed the servants would have used. We did not get to tour the church, as there was a wedding in progress. Which was also incredible to watch the guests in their finery walking from the castle to the church.
