Oggi ho ricevuto un servizio sensazionale da un giovane venditore (con capelli neri ricci e pelle scura). Ho ordinato un mouse Logitech online e non sono riuscito a installarlo. Il tuo dipendente ha installato e testato correttamente il mouse in modo rapido e semplice prima di restituirmelo. Ha gestito la situazione con grande disinvoltura e un sorriso raggiante. Mi aiuterà a garantire che io parli molto bene di Interdiscount e che farò più spesso acquisti in negozio invece che online!
Very poor service. You're sent from one employee to the next, and no one knows what the other is doing. Very long wait times. Not recommended.
I bought a stand mixer yesterday. Normally, you have to be lucky to get served unless you approach them. Except yesterday. The salesperson was immediately available, was very friendly, and gave us professional advice. Thank you!
