Bellissimo hotel storico con un esterno di classe, anche se l'interno sembra un po' datato e avrebbe bisogno di qualche rinnovamento. La piscina era fantastica, calda e perfetta per i bambini. Il nostro l'ha adorato assolutamente! Sicuramente l'organizzazione della colazione potrebbe essere migliorata. Spesso era difficile trovare un tavolo pulito e diversi tavoli erano contrassegnati come "riservati" senza che nessuno si presentasse, il che creava un caos inutile. Detto questo, abbiamo apprezzato la ricca colazione a buffet. Non abbiamo provato la cena, quindi non possiamo commentarlo. Posizione eccellente nel complesso. Il deposito sci potrebbe essere organizzato meglio e gestire le scale con bambini piccoli con gli scarponi non è stato l'ideale. Un punto culminante speciale è stato il pianista serale, che ha aggiunto un'atmosfera di classe. Gustav Fondlauen è stata una sorpresa meravigliosa e inaspettata, davvero notevole!

Bellissimo soggiorno a Wengen nel giugno 2025. Siamo stati per una settimana a metà giugno con il nostro cagnolino. La tariffa per gli animali domestici è ragionevole per notte. I love this hotel and I love Wengen! Both has Wes Anderson vibes. Alas I injured myself on the first day of snowboarding, so I know the hotel and spa intimately! By the way, the staff at medical centre are excellent! I would recommend getting a good room with a view (we didn't!) The meals are great and waiters are lovely. Dinner is always soup, salad, choice of meat, fish or vegetarian pasta. Breakfast is also great. It's possible to eat really nutritiously. The spa is AMAZING. the best in Wengen, according to my doctor! I'm obsessed with the (naked) sauna. Sometimes in the steam room there is an incredible salt scrub. There is also an outdoor hot tub and relaxation room. I'm so glad to be staying here whilst injured! Also, dog friendly!!!
A fantastic hotel in Wengen with an amazing atmosphere and outstanding service. The reception team is extremely professional, always supportive and happy to give great advice, which makes you feel truly well taken care of from the very beginning. One thing I really loved is the weekly program every day guests can take part in different activities created together by the reception and hotel staff, which adds a unique and welcoming touch to the stay. The location is perfect, just one minute from the train station. The jacuzzi with a view over the Lauterbrunnen valley is a real highlight, especially with the option to enjoy a glass of champagne. The bar offers truly unique cocktails with special service elements, including tresure boxe and even a touch of illusion, which makes the experience unforgettable. The restaurant Pasta & More takes great care of guests despite the high volume the pasta dishes are beautifully presented and prepared with attention to every detail. You can really feel that the management cares about decorations, staff motivation, and overall quality. A big appreciation as well for the housekeeping team, who do a great job behind the scenes. Highly recommended.
We returned to this hotel as we enjoyed it so much last year but what a change! The fantastic meals have reduced in portion size, there's limited choice and the food is very unappetising. Guests enjoying the alpine region have healthy appetites but only the 2 buffet nights provided decent food and lots of it Expect to be charged 5 CH for tap water. On the plus side the views are amazing and staff friendly.
