Adeguato e riflette lo scarso rapporto qualità-prezzo quando si visita la Svizzera. La zuppa di pomodoro era deliziosa (e costosa). La trota d'acqua dolce di mia moglie è stata piacevole per lei, compreso il suo occhio (ma ne ha trovata solo una!!). La mia bistecca di maiale con patatine fritte a 27CHF: beh, francamente, £0,90 da Asda nel Regno Unito più 26CHF per il piacere di mangiarla nel salotto di qualcun altro. Nel complesso, niente di entusiasmante e noi visitatori siamo praticamente "tenuti sopra un barile" se vogliamo mangiare fuori. Porta i noodles in pentola e mangiali nel tuo hotel!

Delizioso bratwurst con rösti durante il soggiorno di una notte a Wilderswil, personale molto cordiale. Alla nostra festa c'era anche la cotoletta, molto buona!

The food was delicious. The building itself is beautiful with a nice ambiance. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. They tried to upsell us on much more food than we needed, aggressively; soup, salad, separate appetizers per person, beer/wine, and dessert. We were ordering a normal quantity of food (appetizer for the group, individual entrees, couple of drinks, etc) - more was not needed and went to waste. Upsold/recommended a cheap children's frozen dessert to adults in order to sell a €5 cup it came in. At the end of the meal, the waiter *requested* a tip. This is a business - they're here to make a profit, and I won't disparage them that - but rather than being treated with dignity as guests we were treated as tourists to wring out whatever they could. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone traveling in the region.

They have a good takeaway pizza here (four different varieties) for 10 CHF. And the staff is very friendly.
