Schlechte Unterkunft – erwarten Sie nicht, dass Sie Ihre Kaution zurückerhalten, selbst wenn Sie die Unterkunft makellos hinterlassen. Ich habe vor meiner Abreise eine gründliche Reinigung durchgeführt, aber sie haben die Kaution ohne triftigen Grund einbehalten. Sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Würde es nicht empfehlen.

enjoyed our stay here we had a rented car so the distance from interlaken town center and all the other directions was not an issue... the staff were helpful.. you have to clean your own cabin in order to get your 100CHF deposit

It is the 22nd July and we have had reservation booked for the 27th July, the host has just cancelled with no reason what so ever. We are now left with no accommodation, no answer on the phone, totally ruined our holiday. Shocking behaviour from a holiday company, all monies paid for the accommodation back in January. Avoid at all costs. I would have put NO stars if I could.
