Bad place to stay – don’t expect to get your deposit back, even if you leave the place spotless. I did a thorough cleaning before leaving, but they still kept the deposit with no valid reason. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
They have hidden charges. They will not refund ur deposit. They will find a single strand of hair and charge u. Avoid if you can
enjoyed our stay here we had a rented car so the distance from interlaken town center and all the other directions was not an issue... the staff were helpful.. you have to clean your own cabin in order to get your 100CHF deposit
It is the 22nd July and we have had reservation booked for the 27th July, the host has just cancelled with no reason what so ever. We are now left with no accommodation, no answer on the phone, totally ruined our holiday. Shocking behaviour from a holiday company, all monies paid for the accommodation back in January. Avoid at all costs. I would have put NO stars if I could.
One of the worst campgrounds I've ever been to in my life. It was in bad shape and the staff was very unpleasant.
