Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht in diesem charmanten, kleinen Hotel mit einem Hauch von Vergangenheit. Die ruhige Atmosphäre trägt zum Entspannen bei und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist überaus einladend. Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall auf höchstem Niveau, gekonnt aus großartigen hausgemachten oder regionalen Produkten zubereitet und sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Im Großen und Ganzen lässt es sich im Hotel gut übernachten und die Chefin ist sehr freundlich. Aber es gibt zwei Dinge, die verbessert werden müssen. Das Bett ist zu hoch und die Bettseite besteht aus dünnem Holz. Der Stoff, der das Holz bedeckt, ist kaputt, was die Haut verletzt. …
The staff give this hotel a homey feel with their kindness. It’s an adorable building with gorgeous dining areas. Their breakfast is fantastic and they really do what they can to help you feel at home. It’s also great walking distance to the gondola and down to the water. Thank you for having us!
From the moment you walk in, you're hit with a complete sense of being welcomed and at peace. The staff is without a doubt the most positive, hard working and helpful you'll ever meet. This hotel near Lake Lucerne will make you feel more at home than your own house. The staff are constantly making sure things are topped off and at the most convenient level for you. It really seems as though they genuinely care about your comfort and enjoyment. I have been to many hotels across the globe and this one has been the best in every sense. The rooms are clean and well kept, what stands out the most though is the outstanding service and hospitality. The food is also sheerly spectacular. The best hotel-food I've ever been privileged to have. I highly encourage you experience this place for yourself.
What a beautiful place and the service was exceptional. The staff is so accommodating. The dinners and breakfast each day were incredible. 15 day trip that started in Ireland, went through Germany and Austria and this was probably our favorite of all the places we visited. Hope to make it back someday.
