Vielleicht das beste Hotelerlebnis, das ich je hatte. Das Personal ist so nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war perfekt – sauber, pünktlich fertig und hatte alle richtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Schönes Restaurant vor Ort. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, wo ich Ski fahren sollte; Das Team von Arc war kompetent und bemüht, sicherzustellen, dass ich die beste Zeit auf der Piste hatte. Der Skiverleih war im Preis inbegriffen und die Leute im Skiverleih Albert waren sehr effizient und die Zusammenarbeit war unkompliziert. Alle waren einfach überaus nett, freundlich und lächelten immer. Ich kam am Nachmittag an und da der Verleih sehr effizient war und die Eggli-Gondel nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, konnte ich Ski fahren und einen zusätzlichen Nachmittag verbringen, den ich nicht geplant hatte, was für ein Bonus! Ich kann nicht genug über diesen Ort sagen, er ist etwas Besonderes. Besonderer Dank geht an David und Wille, ihr wart bei allem so hilfreich!
Arc-en-Ciel ist mehr als ein Hotel – es ist ein Gefühl. Vom ersten Moment an fühlte ich mich wirklich willkommen. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals, seine Freundlichkeit und natürliche Aufmerksamkeit machten meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Alles fühlte sich leicht, ruhig und aufrichtig an. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt, die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Schritte vom Eggli entfernt. Als ich alleine mit meinem Hund reiste, fühlte ich mich sicher, respektiert und sehr wohl. Vielen Dank, dass Sie einen Ort mit echtem Herzen geschaffen haben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Fabelhafte Zeit. Dieses Hotel wird unterschätzt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Ich schlief mit dem plätschernden Bach im Hintergrund ein. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich schön und passen zur Lage. Sie ließen das Spa für mich etwas länger geöffnet, damit ich in die Sauna gehen konnte.
Wonderful service! Great service for families and the children love the play spaces downstairs. My 4 year old nephew constantly says “I LOVE Arc En Ciel”. The children’s menu is very diverse and it’s not too much or too little food. My favorite dish is the goat cheese salad and consommé. Their pizza, bolognese, and carbonara is pretty delicious as well.
I would give the hotel 5 stars, as the staff has been excellent, the rooms incredibly clean and the location just great. I have been especially impressed by the small stuffed animal that was placed as gift for our toddler- she loved it. It’s been our second stay here and we will sure come back. I have to deduct one star for the restaurant where we ate 3 times during our stay. The restaurant manager is very hectic and rather unfriendly, even when you are with a small toddler as a hotel guest and a reservation and the restaurant is still empty he rolls his eyes when you request a small change. Besides, he runs/slides through the restaurant to seat guests whilst others are trying to have a comfortable meal. You shouldn’t be a restaurant manager if you get stressed so easily… The food is good though and the rest of the staff has been very nice!
An excellent hotel in every aspect, from the warm and welcoming reception to the beautiful rustic room décor. The location is outstanding—less than 10 minutes from the center of Gstaad and directly next to Eggli mountain. The hotel restaurant is very delicious, especially the pizza. Special and sincere thanks to Mr. Wael Alkhudair for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and continuous support. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly memorable.
