Das Zimmer war sauber und entsprach meinen Bedürfnissen. Eigentlich war das Hotel im Allgemeinen sehr sauber. Aufgrund der Lage außerhalb von Zürich ist der Zug günstig gelegen und einfach zu navigieren. Der Service war einwandfrei! Jeder Mitarbeiter, dem ich begegnete, war aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie empfahlen mir ideale Orte, die ich während meines Aufenthalts besuchen könnte. Sie sorgten sogar dafür, dass ich detaillierte Wegbeschreibungen zu jedem Standort hatte. Leider hatte ich ein Debakel mit meinem Gepäck. Das Personal war einfühlsam und tat sein Bestes, um mich bei meinen Herausforderungen zu unterstützen. Ich war sehr dankbar für ihre Freundlichkeit und Bereitschaft, dafür zu sorgen, dass ich mich wohl fühlte. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Zunächst einmal muss ich sagen, dass die Zimmerreinigung ausgezeichnet war. Sie haben unser Zimmer sogar um 9.00 Uhr sehr ordentlich gemacht. Sehr sauberes und sehr kostengünstiges Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend, offenes Buffet mit sehr frischen Früchten. Das Hotel lag ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Rapperswil (40 Minuten vom Flughafen Zürich entfernt).

Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr gemütlich und die Qualität des Essens ist gut.

Being a Bonvoy member I wisely chose the Moxy in Rapperwil. It was a great price for a mid-week, peaceful stay and from the point of entering we felt rested and welcomed. Jenna at the front desk was wonderful and had made sure personalize our room on the 6th floor with my name on the mirror and a beautifully written welcome card from the staff. The gym was wonderful and so was the outside terrace. The bedding was comfortable and the room size one of the largest Moxy rooms I have stayed in. As one knows, the lobby also serves as a bar and it was none other than the fun staff member Rafael who continued to make us the best gin tonics made with 47 Monkeys as we played several games of chess. We will absolutely stay here again and loved the view, the rest and kindness of this special property.

Nice location, but I found the hotel a bit sketchy. While it looks nice, for a regular to the Marriott branding, this hotel falls short. 1) the beds are most definitely not Marriott branded beds. They're much more thin, unsupportive, and firm (Not something I can say about other Moxy hotels I've stayed at). 2) The parking is very small and quite expensive when you compare to cheaper parking rates in Zurich. The hotel is pretty, and the rooms are well laid out and clean. The balcony on the top floor has a great view. This hotel missed the mark for regular customer service and satisfaction during my stay. However location and the physical hotel are 5/5.
