Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall wunderbar – Sie können direkt von Ihrem Balkon aus einige wirklich schöne Bilder machen. Der Service war nicht so gut; Es war schwierig, einen Mitarbeiter in der Nähe zu finden. Der Typ am Telefon war überhaupt nicht angenehm. Die Bilder auf Booking.com sind übertrieben – in Wirklichkeit sind die Zimmer viel kleiner und der große Nachteil für mich war, dass die Privatsphäre des „privaten“ Whirlpools auf dem Balkon nicht so privat war. Es gibt keine Wände, die die Balkone trennen, und die Leute über Ihnen können ganz einfach sehen, was in Ihrem Whirlpool passiert. Natürlich gab es eine automatische Markise, aber sie reichte nicht aus, um Sie vollständig zu verstecken. Bedenken Sie dies bei der Auswahl dieses Hotels.
Die Zimmer waren einzigartig und antik. Größtenteils geräumig. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer war einfach wunderschön. Für das Parken muss man bezahlen. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Die Dusche war extrem klein. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es war schwierig, einen Mitarbeiter zu finden. Die Angestellten waren insgesamt aber sehr nett.
Surronding area is nice and peaceful. The sound of river is a bit scary at first but then makes you feel calm when you know what it is. Breakfasts were great. Without a car is not recommended. There are many rules, check the photos to see some examples.
The rooms were quite unique, with a lot of mixed finishes throughout — a bit more design consistency would have helped the refurbishment feel more tasteful. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for me. Not very clean and weird beds where you fall in between. What did surprise me, however, was the list of house rules. The hotel seems to disclaim responsibility for anything that might go wrong, even issues related to the age of the building, such as plumbing problems — which feels unreasonable. Also, the mention of “excessive pollution of the room” is vague and unclear. What exactly does that mean? 😅 paying for parking - why you just don't include into the price of the room ? Why we have to go thru a weird website that is hard to use and lose our time to do something that should be easier done from the beginning. Also if you do not read the rules is a fee - which not sure who of us read them in the hotels. Is the first time cuz we were looking for some food delivery 😅 Switzerland should give better service for the prices they ask.
The hotel is very cute and it is located in a very pretty village. The whole point if this hotel is the private jacuzzi on the balcony with a view to the mountains. The room I stayed was very simple and did not have a toilet, only a shower and a sink. The toilet was shared and in the common area.
