Sonntagmorgen kam ich vom Zug an. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten fährt der örtliche Bus nur zweimal pro Stunde (was eine Wartezeit von 40 bis 55 Minuten bedeutet). Ich rief das Dorftaxi an: „Wir sind derzeit nicht erreichbar, bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.“ Unzählige Male versucht, jedes Mal die gleiche Nachricht erhalten ...! Also habe ich einfach auf den Bus gewartet.
I'm working the late shift and called at 11 PM on a Thursday, but they never answered even though it says they're running until 12:30 AM. Last time, I had to wait 40 minutes for the taxi driver because he fell asleep and told me he'd be there in 10 minutes.
We made a reservation for 10 p.m. at lunchtime. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. After our call, we were told that the reservation had been forgotten, or rather, the time had been missed.
This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. When I called, I asked if he was nearby, and he replied that it was no problem and a colleague would pick me up in 15 minutes. When no one arrived after half an hour, I wanted to cancel the taxi, at which point he threatened to report me.
