Sunday morning, I arrived from the train. Due to construction, the local bus only runs twice an hour (meaning a 40-55 minute wait). I called the village taxi: "We are currently unavailable, please try again later." Tried countless times, got the same message every time…! So I just waited for the bus.
I'm working the late shift and called at 11 PM on a Thursday, but they never answered even though it says they're running until 12:30 AM. Last time, I had to wait 40 minutes for the taxi driver because he fell asleep and told me he'd be there in 10 minutes.
We made a reservation for 10 p.m. at lunchtime. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. After our call, we were told that the reservation had been forgotten, or rather, the time had been missed.
This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. When I called, I asked if he was nearby, and he replied that it was no problem and a colleague would pick me up in 15 minutes. When no one arrived after half an hour, I wanted to cancel the taxi, at which point he threatened to report me.
