Habe eine Eukalyptuspflanze für 50 CHF mitgebracht (Vollpreis 100 CHF). Nach 2-3 Monaten ist es tot. Es gab jede Woche Wasser. Laut Aussage der Person hätten wir wissen müssen, dass 20 Grad im Innenbereich zu heiß für einen Eukalyptus sind, und der Topf hätte sofort ausgetauscht werden müssen. (habe es im Spätsommer mitgebracht, als es draußen 24-25, manchmal 30 Grad im Laden war, und es blieb im Originaltopf, wie wir sehen können). Auf eigenes Risiko. Falls Sie hier 100 CHF für eine Pflanze ausgeben.

Seit fünf Jahren kaufen wir unsere Balkongeranien bei Raschle. Raschle erledigt die Pflanzung perfekt, inklusive jährlicher Düngung. Die Qualität der Blumen ist einfach hervorragend (siehe Foto).
The selection of plants is huge and of truly excellent quality. This year, I wanted to buy some plants to pot for my patio and, as I did two years ago, ordered two 45-liter containers of potting soil for home delivery. I signed the delivery slip, which included the CHF 14.00 shipping costs, just as I did two years ago. However, the invoice I received now shows CHF 25.00, and the reason for this was explained to me, which I understand logically. What I don't understand, however, is why the price was different two years ago and why there was no subsequent price adjustment. Furthermore, both I and the delivery driver signed for the original amount. Since you want to discuss this with me again, I suggest you send me a new invoice for the difference, which I will pay to settle this unnecessary expense. The flowers and herbs look wonderful. The service and advice were once again a real disappointment. The gardener didn't have time to assess the "sick" plant I brought with me because he had other things to do! It was definitely my last visit to Raschle. Friendliness is different.
I've been a customer of Raschle for many years. Today I decided that this was my last purchase at this garden center. The service was unhelpful, only one person was available, and the others (five!) were at the checkout. The gardener who served us was uninterested. She just didn't feel like it...
