Brought an eucalyptus plant for 50 chf (full price 100 chf). After 2-3 months, is it dead. It got water every week. According to the personal - we should have known that 20 degrees indoor is too hot for an eucalyptus and the pot should’ve have been replaced immediately. (brought it in late summer when it was 24-25 sometimes 30 degrees outside at the shop and it was staying in it is original pot for that we can see). On your own risk. Lots of different plants.
We've been buying our balcony geraniums from Raschle for five years. Raschle does a perfect job planting them, including annual fertilization. The quality of the flowers is simply superb (see photo).
The selection of plants is huge and of truly excellent quality. This year, I wanted to buy some plants to pot for my patio and, as I did two years ago, ordered two 45-liter containers of potting soil for home delivery. I signed the delivery slip, which included the CHF 14.00 shipping costs, just as I did two years ago. However, the invoice I received now shows CHF 25.00, and the reason for this was explained to me, which I understand logically. What I don't understand, however, is why the price was different two years ago and why there was no subsequent price adjustment. Furthermore, both I and the delivery driver signed for the original amount. Since you want to discuss this with me again, I suggest you send me a new invoice for the difference, which I will pay to settle this unnecessary expense. The flowers and herbs look wonderful. The service and advice were once again a real disappointment. The gardener didn't have time to assess the "sick" plant I brought with me because he had other things to do! It was definitely my last visit to Raschle. Friendliness is different.
I've been a customer of Raschle for many years. Today I decided that this was my last purchase at this garden center. The service was unhelpful, only one person was available, and the others (five!) were at the checkout. The gardener who served us was uninterested. She just didn't feel like it...
