Wollen Sie Notfaldienst? Nicht dort. Es war nur 1 patient aber "kommen Sie in 1 stunde". Do you have emergency? Not here. With one patient they ask you to call first and come in1 hour. Very good emergency! The lady on reception probably don't know where money come from to pay her salary...
Super
For companions who have to drive and accompany patients with mobility impairments, this is a financial nightmare. Parking is scarce, and what little there is is constantly occupied by the practice staff. The parking spaces marked for visitors in the area are actually private parking lots monitored by VDL Verkehrsdienstleistungen GmbH (a private organization). They charge visitors without a dubious parking permit 80 CHF, with a late fee of 25 CHF threatened if payment isn't received on time! The aforementioned parking permit cannot be purchased on-site, neither at the parking meter nor digitally. I also couldn't find any way to buy such a permit on the VDL website! I will not be visiting this area again! In conclusion: A good practice if you are young and able to walk well. Bad if you have a mobility impairment and rely on support from companions such as relatives, transportation services, or home care. These vehicles cannot park on site and must drop off or pick up the patient at the roadside and then drive off immediately. Not to mention accompanying the patient into the doctor's office! Unless, of course, you're prepared to pay the 80 CHF fee!
Dr. Selmini, Dr. Musli's deputy, is a competent, reliable, and friendly doctor. Waiting times have improved significantly compared to before. Compliments also to the female staff at reception and in the lab. I am completely satisfied. Ernst Jenni
A disaster! The ladies on the phone couldn't hear, let alone speak German. I had to mention my name four times. The doctor named Musli hasn't been to the practice for years; it's always a different doctor. According to his statement, Mr. Musli is in training. During the examination, they only look in the mouth, and you come out with a bag full of medication. This practice doesn't even deserve one star (0)
That's very good, thank you very much. Please continue your competent work.
