I moved into my new bungalow in 2021. It was planned and built by Bauraum GmbH, Cornelia Broggi in Adliswil. During the construction phase, we had to solve several problems, and Ms. Broggi and her construction management team, Kälin Projekte, contributed significantly to its success. The support of Ruedi Frank, who quietly assisted me as the client, was also invaluable. I would build with Ms. Broggi again, because after two years I had almost no construction defects, which speaks volumes for Bauraum.
