Swisscom Shop — Albisstrasse 2, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland

The Adliswil shop center is good; however, in general Swisscom Co lacks gentle customer service and human connection. They lock you up on a contract and have NO flexibility whatsoever. Had I known better, I would have considered Sunrise....also very competitive, and customer service is waaaay better. :(

Wonderful staff! Every time I’ve visited for technical support or assistance with my account, they’ve provided exceptional customer service. I’m grateful for their proficiency in English, which, while not necessary, is a thoughtful accommodation that I truly appreciate. I’ve never had any issues here, and the environment is always welcoming, clean, and well-organized. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Mentor—he’s knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are fully met. It’s a truly humbling experience. There’s a small, cute café/coffee jar 🐖 where you can reciprocate and extend a token of appreciation. After all, kindness costs nothing but is truly priceless. Thank You - Danke - Merci Beaucoup 🙏

Needs to improve. Staff are quite obnoxious and waiting times are excessive. Recently needed to go in to the shop a number of times and the team managed to screw my order up. Rather than trying to fix it they just said “too bad - not our problem” and couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service. Will probably switch 4 mobile contacts, TV and Internet to another provider as soon as possible.

Worst customer experience ever. Aggressive, lacking of respect and the manager (J.HUG) thinks he is the owner of the truth. Always long queue as most of the staff is at the back of the store. A lot if work from Swisscom to properly train their staff. In the meantime, avoid this location!
