Despite booking well in advance, the pickup was chaotic. The owner was friendly and helpful, but the employee was rude and annoyed. Twenty minutes later, we had paid the hefty bill. Then came the unpleasant surprise on the slopes. I paid for the binding service and even got the sticker, but my boot didn't fit the binding. The binding service hadn't been done at all. So, my ski day was unfortunately ruined, although I had already been on the slopes. My factual feedback in the shop was met with nothing more than a "noted."

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Sporthelmi in Adliswil. The employee was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. Furthermore, my order was taken incorrectly. Customer service urgently needs to be improved.

The owner is very friendly and customer-oriented (hence the two stars). The lady who served us today was very unfriendly for the second time. The organization is chaotic. I understand that the situation with delivery delays is difficult, but it could definitely be better organized. The fact that there's an SVP poster at the entrance doesn't make the place any more appealing.

Helmi Sport is right next to the train station. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He always gives personalized advice, and he takes his time with his customers. He has both winter and summer items. If I need something specific and am unsure, I can even try on items there, such as swimming goggles, special running shoes, skis and accessories, etc.

We bought a tracksuit top and had it printed. Unfortunately, it had a stain... it looked like it was burnt. We didn't notice until we got home. We were extremely disappointed, especially since our son had paid for it with his pocket money. Sport Helmi replaced the item without much discussion—and we even got to keep the one with the stain for free! Truly great customer service. We highly recommend the store.
