Simply top-notch! I showed up unannounced at Suter Kunststoffe AG with my broken bike frame, intending to buy epoxy resin and carbon fiber tape. I wanted to repair the carbon frame of my 10-year-old mountain bike myself. Marco Suter and Philippe Vesin immediately took on my project and advised me from A to Z on how to proceed and what the best materials were. They even took the time to create a small sketch to illustrate the process, so I understood how such a repair should work. As a "small fry" who certainly doesn't bring in a huge profit for the company, I was treated courteously and kindly – I think that's just fantastic! Many, many thanks for that! The effort was worth it; my bike is ready to ride again and has already survived several enduro sessions :-D PS: The result may not look so pretty, but it works perfectly ;-)
