We hired Riv AG for gardening work and are very disappointed. The work was done poorly – weeds weren't removed in many places. The hedges were cut crookedly and unevenly, some with indentations, and some shrubs weren't trimmed at all. In addition, the waste (branches, etc.) was simply dumped in the garden with the promise that it would be collected in three days. Unfortunately, no one came, and the waste was never removed. The contract was paid in full, yet the work was neither properly carried out nor completed. After several attempts to contact them by phone, we were repeatedly told that he was on vacation and would get back to us later. Eventually, our calls weren't answered at all. Very unreliable, not recommended.
