I had a watch from Manor that broke. I took it to Manor and they said I would have to pay 115 francs for repairs. I refused and contacted Mr. Brand. He repaired it for 20 francs, thank you very much!

It was time to take an expensive Omega watch and two other wristwatches in for servicing. The Omega's date was off by 12 hours (no joke), and no watchmaker could fix it. Omega's estimate: CHF 800. Who can fix that? René Brand. Cost: CHF 45.00. That speaks volumes... and I really like the new watch. Friendliness and competence don't have to be expensive. For security reasons, I'm not posting any pictures.
