I had the pleasure of purchasing these stunning tanzanite earrings and the matching necklace. The colors are simply breathtaking! The service is top-notch – very friendly, attentive, and competent. The Lauener branch in Altdorf has a wide selection of jewelry. I'll definitely be back.
I've always had my watch batteries changed here, and I also bought a diamond ring worth over €2,000 here. Unfortunately, the last time I wanted to have a bracelet (which I received as a gift) engraved, I only heard whispers in the background because it wasn't purchased there. In the end, I couldn't have it engraved. Otherwise, I've always received very friendly service.
We've been customers of Lauener for years...we've spent thousands of euros there. When I arrived with my new Maurice Lacroix watch and wanted to have the strap shortened, I was asked if I bought it from them! No...I received it as a gift, was my reply...that cost me 45 euros!!! What a shame...that was my last visit to Lauener in Altdorf!!!!!!
