It's just a rip-off; it gets more expensive every year, and we're now evaluating other software! Unfortunately, Proffix keeps charging more and more and isn't evolving, at least not for the user. They do some Coffee Morning podcasts and talk about AI, but they still send out letters with price increases every year. That shows just how digital they really are, when they want to sell digital products and be the future.
A complete rip-off. The program's help is completely useless. If you ask a question, you're immediately billed for every minute. Worse than any lawyer. This despite paying exorbitant annual contract fees. The program is also getting slower and slower, lagging further and further behind the competition. It's a shame, it used to be a good product.
The problem was solved very efficiently and quickly. The conversation with Mr. Wagner was friendly and professional. We have been a Proffix customer for 17 years.
Proffix is the software for a stable, well-thought-out foundation for every Swiss company. Everything can be customized, expanded as desired, and data can be exchanged easily and securely thanks to the REST API.
Very bad - the accounts payable accounting is useless - any banana software is more efficient - doesn't work and is completely overpriced - worst purchase mistake in my 25-year career... and unfortunately, it's hard to get away from it.
