Deliveries always on time – customer service with room for improvement The deliveries were always reliable and on time – kudos for that. I've also been very satisfied with the dishwashing liquid so far; it's top quality! Unfortunately, I've noticed that customer service isn't as strong when it comes to repairs: When our dishwasher broke down, we were told it could take up to a week for someone to come out. This is obviously problematic for a business that's running smoothly. Suggestion for the future: If you lack the internal capacity, it would be helpful if you could recommend an external specialist or service partner – that way, we wouldn't be completely on our own. Nevertheless, thank you for the positive experiences so far – perhaps your customer service could be improved in such cases.
