I find it truly shameful how the management employee rates things here, Sandro once said. This is Google, after all; paid employees shouldn't be rating employers like this. Well, the Portuguese... Are there any other employees besides Portuguese? Their language level is A0, so naturally there are daily problems with the residents. I don't think the state will continue to pay for such conditions and daily discrimination, especially against the Swiss who come here. No wonder there are regular complaints from the state about inhumanity. It's inhumane enough that in your own country, with your own tax money, you're not even allowed to hear your own language or German. The only language spoken here is Portuguese.
Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I contacted the service by phone because I urgently needed to reach my uncle to inform him that his mother had passed away. The fact that such a matter even requires explanation is sad enough. Despite my repeated and clear explanation, my request was clearly not taken seriously. The employee on the phone showed no empathy, no compassion, and no understanding of the urgency of the situation. Instead of help, there was indifference and disinterest. It is appalling how little sensitivity is displayed here. In the event of a death in the family, I don't expect to be brushed off, but at the very least, respect and professional conduct. The behavior on the phone was cold, insensitive, and completely inappropriate. Such treatment of people in an exceptional situation is not only disappointing but shameful. I sincerely hope that there is an urgent need for training.
My brother passed away a year ago in this "care center" after his health problems were repeatedly ignored and he was pumped full of medications he had mentioned several times in conversations with us, his family. After his death, it took several months before they contacted us, only to discover that the staff had "lost" his personal belongings, which still infuriates us as a family. A whole back-and-forth, only to find out that they simply give away the personal belongings of deceased people 😡 We still haven't been able to come to terms with it because it feels like they simply dragged him out of existence without any thought for his family. Zero stars would be the best rating.
Is this the second person to fall into the Töss? No one is responsible when they call. Insufficient duty of care towards patients? Update 09/05/2023 A man personally comes to the home and rings the doorbell, saying he's dissatisfied with the review. If you're not satisfied, just ask Google. Reacting to online criticism like this is questionable and shows the management's lack of professionalism. Was this a ridiculous attempt to exert pressure? And let's not even talk about the residents who sneak around the building, ring the doorbell, knock on the windows, or urinate on the street or cars.
I completely agree with Mr. Beurer and Dominik Castro!!! It's just sad, and nobody is doing anything!! Incompetent, unfriendly, and deceitful. None of the nursing staff knows what anyone else is doing. Everyone says something different because there seems to be no communication among the employees! I had a stroke and have aphasia and apraxia. No one understands me on the phone. I have to repeat everything over and over again. Many can't even speak German. When you ask something, one person says one thing, and another says something completely different. What can you even believe anymore... nothing!! Then the answer is always the same: it was a misunderstanding. No cooperation with the relatives, quite the opposite. Something is seriously wrong here. A desperate mother 😢
