Very customer-oriented and courteous! I'm also impressed with Quickline's offer – cheaper than Swisscom and better service.
My internet connection was billed for an extra month after I moved into the apartment. I was unable to use the service at all. I find the three-month notice period unreasonable, as I could have moved out much sooner. Furthermore, I was charged CHF 150 for a modem that wasn't returned, which I consider quite high. No goodwill gesture of any kind was offered. I will never use their services again unless absolutely necessary.
Everyone in this Belp shop tells you something different. In the end, you have to pay hundreds of francs extra, with absolutely no willingness to compromise! The billing system is chaotic; the connection is billed separately. The connection bill is sent by email as a reminder, while the subscription bill is sent by post.
Hello everyone, I need to make a brief comment regarding the cable connection and TV channels at Energie Belp. Why can a company like Energie Belp charge me for a cable connection without signing a contract? I'm billing for a service I don't use and don't want. My internet works very well with Salt, and that's why I have over 5,000 channels and even more. Why would I want the cable connection when I already have more channels and good internet without it! This is a scam, as they even charge you for running the service if you don't pay. I wonder how a company in Switzerland can do this.
Profit comes before the customer. Forgetting is human and can happen. No reason to be so aggressive in sending reminders! I cannot recommend this.
From customer service to installation, everything was excellent; you can tell the team enjoys their work and loves what they do – which ultimately benefits the customer :)
