1. 17.98$ for the normal sized washing machine and 10.27$ for the normal sized dryer, plus my clothes weren't even dry after an hour and 20 minutes. Complete insanity. Had i chosen the larger dryer so that my clothes were ACTUALLY dry my total would have been 48.54 dollars(17.98$+30.56$) which is nearly FIFTY BUCKS for ONE load of laundry. I opted to settle for the 10.27 dollar dryer that got my clothes....mostly dry. Which put my total at 28.25$ total for my singular load. 2. You do not have the option to add your own detergent. Dont come here if you have any allergies or sensitive skin, because you have NO option except to use their detergent which dispenses automatically. 3. Bring your MITTENS because it has NO HEATING. The waiting area is FREEZING cold in winter. My fingers were nearly numb. 4. The couch has stains all over it. Yuck. 5. No one was working there for the 2 hours i was there. Zero customer service. 6. No wifi or bathroom. Actually, they do have wifi but they dont offer any kind of password for it. It just sits there and teases you. I could excuse the prices IF the place had heating....or wifi, OR customer service. But it was lacking in basically every aspect. If i could rate 0 stars i would. (Edit: i made edits to this review because once looking at my bank charges, the prices were HIGHER than i originally thought, since the currency was different. As you can see in the reply below, the owner has indeed offered me a refund, however i would rather let them keep my money and leave this scathing review with no guilt so that someone else knows what to expect. May god have mercy on your souls.)
Convient location, parking on street right behind Wash & Go if you have a car. Machines & directions very easy you can use Apple Pay as well which was nice. Has large size washer & dryer as well as standard. Building was very clean. There is a sofa to lounge on as well a few stools and tables. You have a Coop a short walk away while waiting for your laundry if You wanted. Thank you team @Wasn & Go Interlaken OST.
I highly recommend this laundromat. The facility (on the ‘umbrella street’) is spotless and machines easy to use. My clothing was well cleaned. I was a tourist from USA and had a glitch with one of the dryers and my credit card was charged multiple times. I contacted the owner via their Gmail account to explain my situation. I received a response within a few hours requesting additional information. A refund of the excess charges occurred immediately. Excellent customer service!
This place came up big for me as I was in a pinch buying new clothes bc all mine was dirty and I ran into this place. Very clean and professional service. Exceeded expectations and allowed me to pay with a card as I had no Swiss currency. The owner is also very friendly. I will remember it next time Im nearby Lauterbrunnen or Interlaken
The laundry facility was clean and tidy, with a comfortable lounge area and a nice view for people watching while waiting. Soap is included and added automatically by the machine. They also sell some small laundry items like dryer balls and linen bags. We had a problem with the first machine, but after sending an email, the issue was resolved. The second machine worked well, and overall it was a good experience. Thank you, Wash & Go, for following up and helping us fix the problem.
Great place to do laundry in Interlaken. I accidentally forgot to hit start and had to repay for dryer but I emailed and someone quickly responded and sent a refund. Very helpful.
