An absolute disaster! Dirty toilets for private use; the toilets aren't cleaned or emptied, they're simply left over the weekend. It's disgusting!

I live in Switzerland and needed a portable toilet for a construction site in Germany because I'm building there. I placed the order through Toi Toi Germany. Then Toi Toi Switzerland suddenly called and told me I had to place the order through their Swiss website because I had provided a Swiss billing address. Of course, this meant the toilet would cost double the Swiss price, even though it was being delivered from Germany to Germany by German staff. Switzerland had absolutely nothing to do with this order. Can anyone explain the logic behind this? They were completely uncooperative on the phone; I've never experienced such terrible service. What does the billing address have to do with it? The delivery address is what matters. I could have just given them any old fake address and asked for the invoice by email. It's completely incomprehensible. Now I'm supporting a local supplier in Germany and will advise every home builder on my street against ordering from them. I already told the employee I'd be leaving this review, but she didn't care, so please spare me the apology. The train has left the station.

The toilet cubicle was only removed by Toi Toi AG three weeks after the contract ended. This required several unsuccessful interventions from our side with their "customer service" and a written reminder. Subsequently, Toi Toi AG billed for the entire period and threatened legal action. We can only warn against such dubious business practices.

Please add more liquid. The ToiToi at EF Börse already stinks to high heaven after just one day. Other companies do this much better. Addendum: The problem was solved professionally by ToiToi, thank you very much.

If you order it, it will only arrive at the construction site about 5 hours later.
