Absolutely top-notch advice beforehand regarding the road bike service: what can be repaired and how, which tires are best, etc. Booking the service is easy online, and they even notify you via WhatsApp when your bike is ready for pickup. When I picked it up, they gave me a clear explanation of the work to be done. I've now tested my road bike, and it successfully carried me up the Gotthard Pass via Tremola and back down to Göschenen. Everything is working perfectly again—gears, tires, etc. This is how a service should be.
