Seven years ago (2019), my wife and I each bought a Cresta bike from Birrer and have enjoyed many fantastic tours with them. Every winter, we have the bikes serviced. This includes a complete cleaning and inspection of all components: chain, cassette (gears), tires, brakes, Bosch software, etc. If a component is excessively worn, this is communicated and replaced after consultation. This ensures trouble-free riding at all times. Only once, during a rim change, the inner tube was damaged during reinstallation, resulting in a slow puncture. This problem was analyzed, identified as a workshop error, and the tube was replaced within half a day (under warranty, free of charge). The entire Birrer team is very courteous, competent, and friendly, and I highly recommend them.
With the intention of buying an e-bike, I went to Velo Birrer in Bülach. From the very first minute I received professional, transparent, honest and varied advice. My wishes and concerns were implemented perfectly and my expectations were exceeded. Today I am the proud owner of one of the perfect e-bikes from Velo Birrer. I had a flat tire on my road bike just before Bülach... a quick call to Velo Birrer and a few minutes later I was in the shop, and another 10 minutes later my road bike was repaired and I could ride home :-) Truly TOP SERVICE and I was incredibly happy to be able to go home and that everything was so quick and easy!! I can highly recommend Velo Birrer... thanks again a million :-)
