We spent a long time looking for a solution to remodel our fireplace so we could also have some warmth in the house. After considering various options, we decided to meet with Hein Feuerkonzepte. The sales representative came by at the agreed time and told us the possible options and the final price. Since we made the external changes ourselves, we couldn't determine everything exactly. In consultation with Mr. Haldi, we first completed the entire fireplace conversion and scheduled a second appointment for February 5, 2025, for final measurements and color selection. Today, March 12, 2025, the cassette was delivered and professionally installed. The installers provided detailed instructions, including the initial lighting of the cassette, including explanations regarding air supply, maximum cassette filling, and cleaning the cassette glass. The apartment was left absolutely clean, as if no one had ever been there. We are absolutely satisfied with the result, the advice, and the entire communication with Hein Feuerkonzepte.
