One month delay on the order, followed by a reminder including reminder fees and late-payment interest, even though it was sent after the payment had already been received (and received two weeks after the payment). Whether at Hauptner or their payment partner, everyone is passing the buck and threatening to initiate debt collection proceedings if the fees are not paid. I have seen several other people reporting the same issue in the comments. This company is dishonest, and Mr. Von Meiss, who publicly shares his email address in the comments pretending to help customers resolve their issues in order to restore the company’s image, did not even bother to reply to my email. This was my first and last order with them, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
Great ordering experience
Ordered multiple things on the 23.11.2021, but the transport box was not delivered. I asked after a while and they told me the item would be in stock around the 20.01.2022 again. One month after the said date I still didn't get the box nor any update on why it is so delayed. I asked for the money back.
