I'd give them zero stars if I could. The service is incompetent; depending on who you speak to, different rules and conditions apply. They increased my wife's comprehensive insurance premium for a Mercedes A180 to over CHF 3,000, despite bonus protection! Two different advisors then assured me that the policy could be terminated early. After that, their supervisor called and, in an unacceptable tone, said we were bound by the contract and couldn't get out. He said we could only negotiate a better policy if my wife also took out a Pillar 3a account. Of course not! Where do you place your customers? At the end of the call, they delivered the unprofessional message, "If the new advisor from the other insurance company is as good as me, then he'll know the little tricks to get her out of this policy, because I do the same with new customers who are bound by other policies." Is that really the motto and vision of how a multi-billion-dollar corporation operates? I will definitely share this story everywhere.

Zurich Insurance offers good benefits, but they charge very high prices. The Dietikon agency has very friendly staff, but there's a high turnover rate and everyone seems overworked. They're neither punctual nor do they return calls. I'm now with Lächeln direct insurance and save 33% on the same benefits.
