Both the plumbing work (shower renovation, toilet replacement) and the sheet metal work (radiator replacement) were carried out promptly and to a very high standard. All the employees we encountered were highly professional, efficient, and friendly. We were referred to this company and are completely satisfied. They've done a good job, but in terms of customer service: catastrophic: The "receptionist," who finally shows up after a long wait, knows nothing about my faucet problem and isn't willing to briefly consult a specialist (by phone or directly); a lot of unnecessary time passes before you have to trudge off again: without help: a pointless visit; I'll consult a different plumber next time.
