Both the plumbing work (shower renovation, toilet replacement) and the sheet metal work (radiator replacement) were carried out promptly and to a very high standard. All the employees we encountered were highly professional, efficient, and friendly. We were referred to this company and are completely satisfied. Therefore, five stars and our warmest recommendation!
They've done a good job, but in terms of customer service: catastrophic: The "receptionist," who finally shows up after a long wait, knows nothing about my faucet problem and isn't willing to briefly consult a specialist (by phone or directly); a lot of unnecessary time passes before you have to trudge off again: without help: a pointless visit; I'll consult a different plumber next time.
We've been working with Kaufmann for many years and have always received excellent advice. Our tenants and condominium owners also highly value Kaufmann. Great job!
